Practical training in machining, workshop practice, manufacturing processes, measurement and use of hand/power tools. Equipment includes Power tools: Lathe Machine, Shaper Machine, Milling Machine, Pedestal Grinding Machine, Mechanical Power Saw, Pedestal Drill Machine, Mini Air Compressor, Metallic Working Table, Table Vice, Bench Grinding Machine, Portable Hand Grinding Machine. Hand tools: Adjustable Wrench, Try Square, Round/Flat/Triangular/Half-round Files, Combination Pliers, Dead Center, Hacksaw Frame, Allen Key, Flat/Star Screwdrivers, Die with Handle, Taps with Handle, Ball Peen/Straight Peen Hammers, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Outside/Inside Calipers, Double-ended/Ring Spanners, Socket Wrench Set, Nose Pliers, Pipe Wrench, Measuring Tape, Number/Center Punch, Grip Plier, Scraper, Drill Bit Box, Scissors, Chipping Hammer, Digital Wing Scale and Steel Tray. Supports Workshop Practice and Manufacturing / Production-related courses. Basic workshop PPE and safe machine-operation practices recommended.
